Well the Vampy Mangas I've read are Vampire Knight (still reading), Chibi Vampire & Rosario+Vampire. I'm still looking for some good vampire-themed mangas.

I don't know if anyone has suggested it, but I enjoyed Canon. It's short, only three volumes I think, but the story is wrapped up nicely all the same. It's definitely a pretty unique storyline against most of today's vampire media.
