Lol I find myself forced to shop on the net in Hobart. BUT there is Area 52 which stocks a limited amount of manga/anime and has the best selection of fantasy novels in the city. There's also the obscure Acashic Shop that is full of incense, trinkets and dream catchers. Krave Pizzeria is my pizza/coke fix any day!

The Salamanca Market is so worth it every Saturday (if you have an arm and a leg to pay for most of the stuff!)

Melbourne Central This is a station, so you can just get off the train at Melbourne Central station.. Or you can walk there/catch a tram from where-ever you do get off.. It's between Latrobe St. and Lonsdale st. (and then across the road is Myer and Myer basement).. Little Lonsdale st. runs in between.
All these streets run parralel to one another. It's also between Elizabeth st. and Swanston st. which run parralel to one another but adjacent to the other 3.
Hope that made some kind of sense.. -.-" It's easiest to just go in (if you;re walking) at the corner of Swanston St and Latrobe St. It's very distinctive because you can see the giant green stuff at RMIT which is across the road and the state library (giant Roman looking building) which is also across the road.

Chinatown Chinatown is Little Bourke st, it starts at Swanston st. and I'm pretty sure it ends at Exhibition st. (Swanston and Exhibition st. run paralel to one another, with Russel st. running parralel in between.

QV Is on the corner of Lonsdale st and Swanston st. (it's between Little Lonsdale and Lonsdale st which run paralel to one another) It's next to the State Library but on a different block. I think it runs to Russel st. which is paralel to Swanston st.

Photoplus This is on Swanston st.. Between Little Bourke st and Lonsdale st. which run paralel to one another and adjacent to Swanston st. xP HOWEVER Photoworld is better, it's on the opposite side of the street and is between Little Bourke St. and Bourke St. You need to go up an escalator to get to it.. So it's tucked away, look up when walking and you'll see the sign for it. Ha ha.

Boarders is on the ground floor of Melbourne Central.. (there's a floor underneath the ground floor.. Basement floor? Lmfao) Anyway, there's lots of info things so it'll be easy to find once you get into Melbourne Central. It's a massive book shop and they sell manga. I'm pretty sure that boarders is cheaper then Minotaur and their manga isn't wrapped so you can read it while you're there.

Minotaur is on Elizebeth st. .. I'm not sure what it's between.. Walk from Flinders St. up Elizebeth st. and you'll get to it eventually. xP It's purple and says "Pop culture specialists" and it's next to Food works, so it's hard to miss. You'll probably see the one eyed hamburger too. xD They sell manga, anime, magazines.. Geeky stuff.

I don't know if this was mentioned.. But Oz animart is on Little Bourke St. just off Swanston St, the non-Chinatown side. There's a little entrance just behind/next to the Commonwealth bank and you go up to floor 7. .. They have anime items.. As in little figures, plushies.. Etc. They also have manga and anime. They also always have something playing on their T.V. and people sit and watch.

There's another shop that sells anime and Asian drama/CDs etc. It's up Bourke St, between Russel and Swanston St which run paralel to one another and adjacent to Bourke St. You'll pass Bread top on your way to going there.. It's big and yellow, hard to miss.

Kanga Kanga.. I'm pretty sure all there magazines are in Japanese? Anyway, it's around the corner from the yellow shop and is on Russel St. Someone said before what level it's on.

Bubble Tea.. There's no longer a Bubble Cup down Little Bourke. There's one at QV or you can go to Lucky Cup at Melbourne central.. There's also lots of random Asian restaurants that have bubble tea.

Twins Japan is some over-rated store on Swanston St. pretty much next to Photoplus.

Duchess.. There's a Duchess in Melbourne central and a Duchess on Swanston St. between Lonsdale and Little Lonsdale. It's right next to Pink.

Pink.. There's one in Melbourne Central.. And there's one down Lonsdale st between Elizabeth St. and Swanston st. there's also one next to Duchess on Swanston st. There's another one down Little Bourker St. right at the start of China town.

ichipan crepes is incredibly over-rated.. And I'm pretty sure the name changed.. But if you still want to visit, it's in one of the entrances off Swanston st to get into Melbourne Central. It's pink and hard to miss.

Breadtop.. From what I can tell there's 3 of these. There's one in Melbourne Central, one down Bourke St. between Russel St. and Swanston St. and there's one at QV.

Dangerfield.. There's four of these in CBD.. -.-" There's one on Flinders St.. Between Swanston St. and Elizabeth St. There's on in an arcade along Swanston St.. I can't remember what streets it's between. There's one in Melbourne Central and there's one in Myer basement.

Shibuya is a somewhat dodgy and over priced lolita/Japanese punk shop. It's on the corner of Bourke St and Elizabeth St.. I think. You'll know when you see it.

Club x as I mentioned is everywhere. I don't suggest going in unless you want your innocence to be destroyed.

Oh and Episode is along Swanston St.. It's somewhere between Lonsdale and Latrobe st. It always has manequins with colourful wigs in the window.

I think that pretty much covers everything everyone said.. .__.
There are lots of places to visit in Melbourne. xP
There's probably more then one of most of the places mentioned.
This probably made no sense.. Until you look at a map.
I love Melbourne. :D

According to my mum there's also a Boarders at Chadston, she told me she'd buy history books for me and then never did.. <.<
But yeah, Chadston I think, is more confusing then Melbourne. xP
