I wondered that often myself... I wonder a lot about things in Soul Society o_o like... do you age after you die? Or do you remain as you were when you died...

I think you age but verry slowly. Because they looked back into their childhoods one episode. Idk, sometimes in the show they say that you get reincarnated. but then Aizen talked about a heaven and hell o_0

As far as in the anime/manga, to answer the topic of death in Soul Society, it has been suggested that the existence of the person just ceases to exist. That is what was to happen to Rukia at the execution, and Ichinose (from the Bount arc) also just passed away. I think their might be a possibility too to moving to another part of the world like Hell (shown only in the episode that introduced Chad to what occurred to the Hollow Ichigo downed) or maybe even Huedo Munco or elsewhere.

In general I thought I'd express this topic so I hope it does well with some good debate or comments. *SPOILER ALERT*

I finished watching like others the end of the filler arc for Bleach, and in it it teased of course a return to the Manga's current arc, the Arrancar arc.

Now that I reflect, Bleach had one of the better filler arcs. Now I know some don't like filler arcs in any anime and I can understand that. I consider them needed to space out time to animate ongoing mangas, and like with Bleach, even with its ups and downs, filler can be good too, for non-manga readers or people who just don't care where the story comes from. UPs and DOWNs I refer to are of course keeping the story fresh but not too much of a giveaway/change of the manga arc (eg. Uryu's character development changes were weird, but it did fill in some in between time of what occurred during the time skip from the last Soul Society arc to the upcoming Arrancar arc). So in an odd way, even though like others I'm looking forward to seeing the next manga arc, I look now and sort of not quite miss the Bount Filler arc, but thought it was done well and kept things flowing.

So I guess to conclude, what do you think about this general topic of filler vs. manga arc, where you see filler as being useful or not, and maybe some specific uses in animes you've seen. Take care!

This is just my theory but those who are born in soul society die and those who have died in the real world maintains their age....but what happens when shinigami's die??? do they get recycled?

I think these questions are dangerous. They lead to flaws in their created world and that can lead to distrust and a bad attitude toward the actual story and characters. It's ok to ask little questions, but once they start to confuse you, stay away from it and take things as they come.

Soul that have been killed goes to the traverse lantern, and inside it is the souls inside the frozen flame represents a small part of the lantern. If the persons flame goes out then they go through the oblivion gate.
