Hello, it seems my Premium membership recently expired and I'm not sure why. It was auto-billing my credit card each month and then stopped for no apparent reason. Is this normal?
Also, is Mysterious Girlfriend X not being added to the ipad/iphone apps? Maybe it's just me, but I can't seem to find it on either. Maybe it's only available on those devices to premium members?

Apologies, I forget that there's a help thread over here too!
It looks like there was a payment issue, but that you've signed back up, so you should be good to go there!
With Mysterious Girlfriend X, can you please go into your Video Preferences and change the Mature Filter to '-' then change it back to 'Show Mature Content'?
Then log out of your iOS device and log back in.
