C copyright Intro…
Once a long, long time ago there lived the wolfs. The wolfs lived in harmony until… One day strange beings with two legs appeared and started to slaughter the wolfs. A terrible war broke out and both sides had terrible losses. Finally, after years of war, the wolfs decided that enough was enough and they went into hiding. Those two legged beings were known as humans…
Ch.1: The Scent
Lee was asleep on the corner street enjoying the sun while he was at it, his nice blue coat shone in the sunlight. Now Lee was a teenage wolf so he still passed as a dog, but he knew that in another year or so he’d hide among the humans. But for now he could enjoy the sun on his fur. He lived in the largest city in the world, Kiston. There were very little forests left in the world, most of it was cut down for human cities. Here and there a wolf is found and then killed and everyone continues with their lives. The wolfs however weep silently and endure as best as they can. They must be careful though because you never know who may be a hunter.
Lee wakes with a start and the first thing he notices is that it’s already late at night. “Pssss, Wake up. It’s time to get some food.” A yellow adult wolf whispered. “C’mon Jess just a little longer.” Lee moaned. “No, you’ve been asleep all day long.” Jess said. “Fine.” Lee mumbles. Once Lee was up they both darted south toward the rich portion of town. “So is it going to be scavenging through the trash or breaking into the meat shop?” Lee asked. “Neither. This time we are going to buy our dinner.” Jess told him. “Huh? Do you mean what I think you mean?” Lee asked. “Yes, I have finally gotten some money.” Jess told him. “Then you lead the way.” Lee said. Half an hour or so later they stopped in an alleyway next to the meat shop. “Human form.” Jess warned Lee. Jess turned into a tall, blonde, woman (in her 20’s) wearing jeans and a yellow tank top. Lee turned into a tall, blue haired teen wearing a blue shirt and jeans. They walked in and found the shop empty except for the old shopkeeper, who was sweeping the floors. “Hello, May I help you?” the old shopkeeper asked. “Yes I would like four of your best steaks.” Jess said. The shopkeeper disappeared into the back room. Minutes later he reappeared with four juicy steaks. Lee licked his lips and his stomach growled. “That would be… sixty dollars.” The shopkeeper told Jess. Jess looked worried and said. “Uh-oh, I only have forty-five dollars.” “Oh that’s a shame. But since nobody’s around I’ll give you that extra steak for free.” The shopkeeper smiled. Jess paid for the other steaks and they left the shop. As soon as they reached the alleyway Jess turned into a wolf and started to sprint. Lee did they same and after about six minutes they had gotten to the abandoned part of Kiston. They expertly weaved in and out of old decaying buildings and soon arrived at an old hotel. Once inside they sprinted to the third floor. They entered room 777 and standing in the moonlight were two wolfs. The first was a adult wolf with a brown coat. The other adult wolf had a black coat with white paws. “Premium steaks?” the black wolf asked. “Yes Lumina and we didn’t have to steal it this time.” Jess said cheerfully. Jess handed a steak to each of them and they all ate in silence. When they all had finished the brown wolf spoke. “So does anyone have any news?” “Well-shhhhhh. Be quiet.” Lumina hissed. They all fell silent and then they all heard footsteps. “They found us! Everyone quietly head for the window.” Lumina whispered. Lee was at the window first. As he jumped out he heard the door burst open and there was gunfire. He ran for about seven minutes before stopping at an emergency hiding place inside of a close by building. Shortly after Jess and Lumina joined him. “How’d they know about us?” Lee panted. “I don’t know but they got Joey.” Lumina told them. Gunshots and screams could be heard in the distance along with a slow and agonizing howl. “Joey!” Lee howled. He turned to run when Jess caught his arm. “No, it’s too late. He’s…gone” she choked. “It’s not too late!” Lee yelled and ripped from her grasp leaving a gash in his arm. Then he dashed in the direction the howl came from. “Quickly, We need to get him before he gets himself killed!” Lumina shouted and they made a mad dash after Lee.
Jess and Lumina could see Lee in the distance as they chased him. Luckily Lee wasn’t fully grown or he might’ve outrun them. They almost caught up with him when he suddenly stopped. “Good, he’s giving up. Now let’s get out of here.” Jess said. “Do you smell that?” Lumina asked Jess. Jess sniffed the air and could smell the forest. The scent calmed them all and made them fell better than they have ever felt. Then as suddenly as the aroma had appeared it disappeared. Lee was yanked back into reality and continued after Joey’s scent. Soon Lee could see Joey and he picked up his pace. As he got to Joey it felt like his blood had frozen. Around him lay the bodies of several hunters, and in the middle was Joey laying in a pool of blood glistening in the moonlight.

Thx. Ch.2: Tale of the Goddess
Lee awoke on the corner of street in his wolf form. He slowly opened his eyes and the sunshine blinded him. He remembered what had happened last night and tried not to think about it. He went to get up when pain shot up his right arm. He laid back down and examined his arm. He saw that it was bandaged. That’s when he remembered tearing away from Jess and tearing up his arm. His arm was too sore for him to walk around so he laid back down. After about an hour a little girl stopped by and started to pet Lee. After she left Lee got up and transformed in the alley close by. Then he walked to the rich portion of town to find some clean bandages. He walked in daze and in time found himself back at his corner. He decided to go into a nearby apartment building and entered a bathroom on the first floor. He found new bandages in a first aid kit on the wall and took off his bandage. The gash looked deep and hurt as soon as he removed the bandage. He quickly replaced the bandage and turned the sink on. He splashed water on his face and stared at the mirror. In the background Lee saw a yellow wolf.

Lee spun around in shock and said. “Jess, what are you doing here?” “Shhhh. Follow me.” Jess whispered. Together they left the apartment building as humans and walked to another apartment building half a mile away. As they arrived at door number 22 Jess knocked and said. “It’s me. I know your home kurokawa.” “Jess is that you? Oh please, come on in.” Kurokawa called back. Jess opened the door and sitting in a nearby chair was a woman with flowing, black hair, and sharp golden eyes. She was wearing an emerald green T-shirt with black jeans. “And who might this be?” she asked. “This is Lee. You’ve probably seen him with me before but you’ve never actually talked” Jess told her. “Oh so he’s the one who lies on the street corner all day long.” Kurokawa teased. “That’s not all I do!
