GRIMMJOW - he was so fucking badass, he had really cool bromance with Ichigo..i miss him, well even though tite kubo didnt make it obvious he died -_-
ULQUIRRA - he was so nice to Orihime and was the coolest character ever!

Most of the caracter in Chrno Crusade.....loved it so much....
Nagisa and ushio from Clannad....The last episode is just to put our heart at ease, but the really both died!!!

Kamina for sure sorta hit hard, he was such a pivotal character and believe it or not Light from Death Note. Even though he was sorta going crazy with the power of the death note it was a little sad to see him die by such a low key death.

NARUTO SPOILER ALERT
I'm halfway through reading all the replies and there's no love for Jiraya? He was my favorite character in Naruto. I am shocked that no one so far has mentioned him. Maes Huges dying in FMA was also really sad.
