ke ai = cute
ni hen fe = you're very fat
gnoi qing = love <--- I don't even know what you are going with this one. Ai = love, same as in japanese.

i study at a chinese school coz i am one. so basically, i learn new words everyday... or at least every school day....

ren sheng= life
zhong deng= medium
shen cai= stature; figure
qin qie= cordial; kind
pu su=simple; plain
hao xiang= to be liked; to seem
jing guan= even though; in spite

Eek the second one is Cantonese..whilst the first and second are more Mandarin. Be careful if you're learning the Chinese language. I've seen people who can't differentiate between Mandarin and Cantonese. o_o

"Howa" is actually two words - "Hao ah". The "Ah" is more used as slang, just like some people from different regions will use the word "La" a lot at the end of sentences.
Although "Howa" is more or less meant to mean "Ok."
If you want to say "I'm fine" then saying "Wo hen hao" (I'm really good) or "Wo ting hao" (I'm quite good) is probably better. Translated literally though.

Meh..lesson there for you ^^
