Basically,in this thread,you say why is the character you posted is better than the character the person above you posted.For example:
Me: Light Yagami from Death Note is an awesome character because he owns a death note!
Person 1: Tsukune from Rosario is better than Light Yagami because tsukune is a better crybaby.
Person 2:Toa from Dragonaut is better than Tsukune because she has big boobs!.
And this goes on......the "good" quality must not necessary be good,you can say that particular character is better because he is a crybaby,coward,stingy,etc.
