Sounds like the breakfast I described, but take out the tortilla and add in rice and some seasoning, and take out the tomatoes. I left the seasoning open to let the person add whatever they like as ppl have different tastes.

i wanna keep the moisture inside the noodles when i cook it so it wont be all dry but not so wet that its just pho or somthing and have everything perfect.....
