Who are the most challenging enemy ever in Kamen Rider series? Worms? Ambassador Darkness? Grongi? The Unknowns? Crisis Empire? Or who? And why are they the most challenging?

I second Kirby for Odin. He's a complete overkill!!

I'll also say the Overlord of Darkness,Arch Orphenoch,King of Spades,Reji Nogi and Kai....so far....

Actually the list is longer but these are THE most challenging .

I don't think he means single enemies, I think he means enemy group.

I'm kind of on the fence with this one. The Unknown are fairly intimidating. Their tactics are brutal. And despite having the least subtle appearance ever, they're very hard to find. Agito only seems to sense them occaisonally, G3 can only find them if someone reports them killing somebody (and even then it takes him too long to suit up and get there), and Gills only seems to stumble across them.

On the other hand, the Worm are not only dangerous, but they have that shapeshifting ability. And they seem to like using it to screw with other people (mainly Kagami).

On the other hand (I have three hands, long story) there's the Fangire. Out of all the enemies, they seem to have the most human personalities. To quote the great Dean Winchester: "Demons, I get. Humans are crazy." That and the Spider Fangire IS the Joker. The Joker is quite possibly the greatest supervillain to ever walk the face of the earth. I rest my case.

Souka?

Then I also, are on the fence between the Lords and the Worms, for now(had to see more Fangires to decide).

The Lords would to be the most brutal kaijin in the Heisei era, with their bizarre and unexplainable killing methods. They're also hard to find, and are not the type that'll just walk around in broad daylight. They'll usually got spotted while on on duty(that is to kill) IF they directly attack a person(which in most cases, they didn't,making finding them a lot harder).Even Agito can only sense them once they perform their ritual before killing someone.
Sounds tough, right? And if they didn't have their drawbacks, they'll be the absolute most challenging enemy. They weren't allowed to kill normal humans(can't imagine what'll happen if they were0.0.Certainly the death toll would have been higher),and they have the pattern of targeting people with blood relations with the victim, which helps the police prepare for them.
Actually, the thing that makes the Lords one of the most challenging enemies is the El Lords and of course, their Overlord himself who is virtually a god and is near invincible(those who had seen the riders' confrontation with them will understand. They're just .It's a fortune that Agito is himself is ever evolving and thus, can keep up with them).

The Worms on the other hand...well,you all know why, right? They can mimic a human almost perfectly, even possesing their personalities(dunno how they do that, though without even touching the human in question ).Anyway, with that power, thay can easily settle in to the victim's life, without even their closest relative being the wiser .Their only weakness is the fact that they want to take over the humans.
Also, they have the power to affect time and space(honestly, what more do you need?).If the riders didn't have the same abilities, they all would had been whacked senseless.
And then there's Nogi .Immensely powerful, can stop time, can absord opponents' power.....didn't need more explaination.
However(this is off-topic),through the middle of the series, the idea of Worms mimicking people, sneaking into their lives, manipulating in secret....became less used, which is a waste.I mean,if they just mimic important and influential people(celebrities, successful businessmen, the police chief, the president.....0.0)............who knows what they can do.Also,in later parts of the series,Clock Up becomes less used and insignificant, which is also a waste(I mean come on !There's many things you can do with that speed. Not just bashing monsters.which also can be done in many ways with that speed).Fights occur in real time more frequently, and Hyper Clock Up is only used for finishers ......I guess the Worms aren't smart enough to think out more uses to the Clock Up.

Sorry for my ramblings .
