In a sad but noble way so that my opinion for the character may change. Hopefully, it's the kind that will make you like character even if it's only in the bitter end. (Although there was no anime character that totally annoyed me to have them killed off)

mmm... I hate so much Sakura Haruno (from anime and manga Naruto) and hmmm...
In my case, I would put her in a hot oven, with her arms and legs tied with iron barbed wire and make electricity past throught her entire body, waiting till her blood is boiling and then throw a liter of sulfuric acid inside the hot oven (obviously I'm hide in a safety place before throwing that ) and wait the explotion occurs!!!! hahaha this would be my best way to kill that plague and erase it from the face of earth... Hahahaha I guess I'm so evil and I'm so proud of myself XD

i used to hate sakura from naruto A LOT but now since she is somewhat better......
but if i still hated her, i would just not even mention her ONCE in the anime (make ppl forget about her) and pretends shes dead.
also, i always wanted sasuke to kill her....

I'll use every implements of torture and savor every moment of his/her agony until death.
But if I feel lazy, I'd strap em' to the Chinese water torture device and I'll leave him/her for a couple of days with only IV bags to keep him/her alive. Then, when I get back, I'd shoot em' in the head to end his/her misery.

I pretty much love all of the characters in anime I've watched, but I dislike some of the male characters.
I would first pull off all his fingernails and then hammer nails into all his joints on his hands. Then, i would cut of his toes. ( well actually I would force his best friend to do the dirty work.) He would be my slave. When he becomes useless, cut off his toes then his fingers. Then his feet, then legs. Boil a big pot of water thats very hot but not enough to kill. Through him in there. When 1 hr has passed ( though i would fall asleep probably) Set a stun gun to the max and electrocute him. if he's not dead yet, just throw him into a pit with a bunch of hungry animals. Though I don't really hate any character that much ....................May be Ichigo or Naruto or Yusuke though.............Just Kidding <3
