I got two on each ear, on lobe and the other one carb-lobe. Only four piercings. Lame.

This fall I'm getting the Tragus, the Helix, another carb, and maybe a lip piercing.
(BTW) Does anyone know if a lip piercing hurts, infection, and all that jazz? I want to make sure if I really want it. XD

I guess it depends on the individual, I've got a high pain threshold so none of my lip piercings hurt at all. Sure I felt a prick (arf!) but the pain is nothing you cannot handle.

If you do get one, ensure that the piercer is qualified. Unless you are allergic to titanium, the aftercare depends on how well you take care of it. You should really avoid smoking or drinking alcohol during the 3-4 months of primary healing, also avoid touching/playing with it as well as avoid putting make-up near the piercing too.

Hope that helps. ^.^

Gasp! I luffs you! Yeah, that helps so thank you.
Oh crap, then I'm screwed. No alcohol or touching will be challenging for me if I get it done but I don't mind a little pain. How big are the gages on yours? <3

I never thought it hurt. I had a monroe, which is above your lip, but I imagine it's really similar. You just really need to clean it and remember to take care of it. And use mouthwash every time you finish eating. You have to get two different pieces of jewelry for it though. One that has a longer bar because it's swollen in the beginning, and then once it's healed you get a shorter bar. So count that into the budget. Also try not to play with it or bite on it, that stretches it out and causes dental problems. It's tempting though ha.

Oh geez I did the same. I carried around a bunch of travel size mouth wash in my bag and crossed my fingers. It was fine, but yeah, I didn't really take it easy.
And right, they say no kissing either. Ha!

I'll just use my outrageous genius and use...a curly straw. *imagine a straw in a vodka bottle* Oh yeah. *lame* lol Actually I'm pretty good about that stuff but my body is really sensitive to that kind of stuff so I get really worried about infections and stuff.

What would be a good starting gage I wonder. I know the bigger the gage the smaller the hole but a start hole should be big since it'll be swollen for awhile, right? X:

A monroe? Nice. Don't think I could pull that off though. XD
Now you've mentioned it... How expensive can this get? *gets ready to pickpocket someone* X:
Yeah, I always play with my ear studs which is bad. But it's a habit now so I guess I might need to be more careful with a lip piercing.

Dental problems? Like chip a tooth or something? O.o;

I'm curious, though I probably won't get one due to the fact I can barely take a needle in the arm but, can you change piercings after the 3-4 month healing? And would it scab over if you take it out too early?? Also, what happens if it starts bleeding suddenly? Does that happen? So many questions
