nah just a little incision and it popped right in it even has a very low rejection rate and as long as you keep it clean for the first couple months your good. but i do have the every now and then snag.

I have gauges. size 0. Cartilage on my right ear. And sometimes I like to wear a little ear chain that connects to it. And I used to have an industrial on my left ear, but I didn't really like it after a while.

I honestly hate piercings but I have a total of three. One in each ear lobe and one in my left cartilage.
