I am not. But I am very particular with hygiene, not surprising coming from a med student. I hate getting sick, that's why I feel there's an extra need to take care of my body as well as ensure that my surroundings are safe from harmful pathogens.

Yeah I admit I'm a little bit. One example is that I have to type in full words and sentences. All my other habits include cleaning the house and when someone doesn't play a video game the way I play I feel so aggrivated and UUUUUGGGGGHHH!!!!!! DO IT LIKE THIS!!!! NOT THAT!!!!! GOD FORBID YOU DO IT LIKE THAT!!!!! lol XP

That does not by any means make you obsessive compulsive.

Self control is not necessarily a cure for the obsessive-compulsive. In fact, depending on the particular case, it can actually make it worse.

1. "YA I DOES" is grammatically incorrect. I think what you mean to say is "yes, it does".
2. Yes, I do have problems. Everyone has problems. But I don't think that that's relevant to this situation, and I do not appreciate being spoken to in such a condescending manner.
3. If you like making your bed, that's great for you, but that does not make you obsessive-compulsive. You may be obsessive-compulsive for other reasons, and if so I'd love to hear about them. However, that alone doesn't make you obsessive-compulsive.

I wouldn't say I have OCD, but the little things I do each day, might say I'm wrong. Each night before I go to bed, I look at my clock three times - until I can go to bed. If the minute hand changes, well, erm, I'll re-do it over unti I do it right.. The other thing I do, is wash my hands 3 times, until it "feels" clean. And that's about it of what I do. I started doing these things back in grade 7 or so. >.>;

I flip my pillow over before I sleep even if someone else has already flipped it. Its the only way I can fall asleep. For some reason it doesnt feel clean or it might be something else XD I dunno.

Also I wash my hands twice. Like wash dry wash dry. It still feels dirty after the first wash and I get horrible feelings if I dont. My friends worse. Her hands just randomly need to be washed.

I had O.C.D pretty bad when I was younger. Occasionally I would hit a desk with my left hand, I would than have to hit it with my right hand the EXACT way I did with my left. If I messed up, I'd have to restart. It also teamed up with my tourettes when I'd tic. Damn it was exhausting. This is just one of the MANY problems I had with it. If I were to sit and type every problem that I had to deal with, it would be about a 10 page paper.

oh... i do that too!!!! and the spoon thing... it has to be a pair or else i won't eat or i'd try to find a pair... in terms of cleanliness.... i can't sleep until i've sorted things out in my room, living room, kitchen, the ref and such... can't stand dust.... and even in someone else's place(my friends), i can't help but to clean their places too so they think it's normal but it's very tiring for me coz i tend to make sure it's clean enough and that takes a looong time!!!! haha!!!!!

when i was younger....when i was walking on the pavements and when i saw cracks, i always stepped on them with my left foot and tried and avoid stepping on them with my right..and if i stepped on a crack with my right foot by mistake i would have to step on a big or deep crack with my left! lol..and also when im in a supermarket or whereever and the tiles there are different colours, i would try and step on the tiles which are green which to me indicates right/correct/good etc and avoid the red ones...XP i was weird.. ._. anyway i kinda stopped now...but something once and again i end up doing it without noticing...

i have an OCD. it's not as bad as it was when i was younger. but nothing can touch my sheets of my bed expect for me and my pajamas,my blankets, pillows. if something else touchs it, i cannot sleep. the bed is...not dirty, but idk. if something else touchs it i can't stop thinking about what touches it. and i can't sleep. it used to be really bad when i was younger.now it's okay i can sleep now if something of mine touchs my sheets. anything else i must wash my sheets before i can sleep.

I think everyone has some sort of mild OCD. (I think it's called obsessive compulsive personality disorder)
But yeah, pretty much everyone has something they have to obsess over or be perfect over, it doesn't mean you have OCD.

I can't eat sweets that make my tongue change colour and I can't look at other people's wrong-coloured tongues because it makes me sick.
And I also need the volume on anything to end in a 0 or a 5.

But yeah, it's never been diagnosed for me. (And my mum got us all tested after my brother was diagnosed with a form of autism)

I think half of the people that say 'I have OCD' or any other mental disorders online are just seeking attention. Wanting your bedroom door kept shut doesn't as OCD, it's common of teenagers..
