SHITHEAD. Fucking play that game people, it's possible the best card game i've ever played. There are many variations, but the basic rules of Shithead are still the same; only the occupation of the special cards change. So, i made my own version of my area's Shithead, called Colostomy. (oh, and in Colostomy, 5 are facing up and 5 face down, 5 in hand and use 2 decks)

__________________________________________________________________________
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

RULES OF COLOSTOMY

Use 2 decks.

Objective: Finish all your cards before every other player does.

Basics: 5 cards placed down per player (don't look douches), three cards faced up per-player (on top of the face down cards), 5 in hand per player, and a pack. A player must always have 5 cards in their hand (this is what the pile is for) When the pile runs out, and so does a player's hand cards, then they start using the face up cards, then when all face up cards are gone (including hand cards), then it's time to try finshing the face-down cards.

So basically you put down a card and the next player has to defeat that card in value. e.g 4 > 5, 6 > King. If you can't beat the previous card then you have to pick up the pile, and the game continues (if you are Aced then you get one free go).

BUT the game isn't that simple; there are SPECIAL cards, and some aren't effected by a value

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

SPECIAL CARD RULES OF COLOSTOMY

Special Cards

2: Restarts Pack( can counter aces). Isn't effected by a value. Can deflect Ace.
3: Invisible card

4: The next player must place down a card of the same suit. This doesn't effect 2, 10, or an Ace.

7: Miss-a-go

9: Change direction of card value. This doesn't effect 2, 10, or an Ace.

10: Clears the pack. Can deflect Aces and Jokers. Isn't effected by a value

Jack: Change direction of game.

Ace: Pwn someone. Make them pick up the pile. (When you get Aced by someone when you are in the face-down stage, you still have a chance to open a faced-down card to see if you can defeat the Ace).

Special Chicken Card: Imitates any card.
(This card is immediately cleared from the pack).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Joker

Joker: The Counter-attack / Mirror Card.

Counters:
2: Rejects the card's speciality

3: Has a choice:
a) Converts back to the previous player making him / her attempt the defeat the card beforehand.
b) Acts as a ricochet.

4: Has a choice:
a) Converts back to the previous player making him / her attempt the defeat it's speciality.
b) Acts as a ricochet

7: Depending;
If you are being missed-a-go from: prevents it, and gives you a free go.
If you are being missed a go to: Imitates the miss-a-go, preventing the next character from having a turn.

9: Has a choice:
a) Converts back to the previous player making him / her attempt the defeat it's speciality.
b) Acts as a ricochet

Jack: Reverses the direction, also making the previous player (now the next) miss a turn.

Ace: Counter-attacks it, and cannot be aced back at.

Joker:
Makes the player pick up the pile.

The Joker though, is a double-edged sword. If the Joker is placed down without countering any card, you must pick up the pile. Though a Joker ritual can ignore this rule.

__________________________________________________________________________
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rituals::

2 x2: Extra turn.

7 x2(+): Miss-goes. The amount of cards used in a turn by one person is that amount of upcoming players that miss-a-go.

9 x2(+): Repeats the direction change of card value. So e.g. x2 = go higher.

Jack x2(+): Repeats the direction change of the game. So e.g. x2 = clockwise again.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Joker Rituals:

Joker x2: Swap your face-up cards with a player next to you. If there are none to swap, then it will resort to swapping hand cards, if not resorting to face-down cards.
Joker x3: Swap your Face up cards with a chosen player. If there are none to swap, then it will resort to swapping hand cards, if not resorting to face-down cards.
Joker x 4: Summons the previous crotch pack to the pile, and discards all jokers from the game.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Uber rituals

x4 of the same card: The Redemption ritual. Aces a character who previously aced you during the game. The Redemption cards are immediately cleared from the pile. Cannot be countered with an Ace. You cannot place redemption on a player that has Redeemed you, until you are aced again.

x8 of the same card + Ace: Ultimate Damnation. Ace some-one forcing to pick up all the crotch cards of the game. The Ultimate Damnation cards are immediately discarded from the game. The
Ace the Joker can counter this, so can 10 & 2.

x8 of the same card: Scorpion's Redemption. Aces someone who previously aced you at least twice in the game, making them pick the pile and also all the crotch cards of the game. The only card that can prevent this is a 10. The Scorpion's Redemption cards are immediately discarded from the game. A person that has redeemed you does not count as being aced. If you commit Scorpion's Redemption on a player that has previously committed Ultimate Damnation on you, that player gets pwned and gets eliminated from the game automatically.

Penultimate Victory
10 x 8: Wins the game automatically. The penultimate ritual.

__________________________________________________________________________
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Chance

'Card of Chance' is the option that can be only be used once in a game per player. Instead of placing a card from the hand, place a card that's picked up from the pack.

__________________________________________________________________________
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Pulling bluffs, trickery, and temporary teamwork is allowed in the game of COLOSTOMY, though looking at other players cards is strictly disallowed. Swapping face-up cards with hand cards at your turn is strictly disallowed, and a player that sees a face down card without placing it will have to swap that card with a random card immediately. During the face-up card stage of the game, choosing to pick up the pile after being aced when your face-up cards clearly show a potential counter / prevention is strictly disallowed.
