Belgium here and same deal all good DVDs and Manga's in stores are close to kids toys and books so yeah they block the entire Anime section.

Shitty thing is you get yelled at when one crys cause you push them away.

hehe, I remember being one of those douchebags back in the day... but I'd always move whenever I saw someone approaching the aisle. Nowadays, I just skim through the first chapter of that volume and then buy it so I don't get in anyone's way. When I really want to read something, I always try to find a chair to sit in... however, if they're unavailable, I always sit in the aisle (I still move out of the way if people need to pass though) Luckily, I'm not as bad as some of the leechers I see clogging up the aisles. I always pay for every manga I read, and if I don't have any money on me, I always come back another day and pick it up. I think the only exception to this has been darkside blues... it was much too expensive for me to buy the first time, and now I hardly ever see it in any of the bookstores I've been to :(

I'm not usually a fan of those people, but at least the ones here are somewhat courteous. They actually move when they see someone coming, and they're like, "oh, I'm sorry" whenever I say "excuse me". They're generally really nice about it too.

It's a pretty well known epidemic. They're not only cheap, but they take up all the space in the aisles and they look like hobos.

If you wanted to be cheap and not buy the manga, you could always borrow from the library. My local library asked me and a few friends, who are part of the advisory board, to spend $10,000 to spend on manga and comic books for the library so I know the my local Public Library will have a wide selection.

I love your complaint and perspective, it connects very well with mine, as opposed to everyone else's, it's very much the same. :]
If they're going to sit their butts and relax, atleast use a sofa or friggin sit somewhere else where it doesn't block someone's way; they're oblivious of their own surroundings. D:
There's billions of people around the world, you're bound to find someone who shares the same boat with you; so, you're never really alone with any of your opinions.

This has been bothering me for a while. Every time I go to a bookstore to browse through their manga section (which is usually filled with nothing but drivel, incidentally) there are always about five or six kids sitting right in the aisle reading (usually some BS like Bleach). Now, I wouldn't make that big deal about it, if it weren't for the fact that it happens every damn time I go to the bookstore, regardless of which bookstore it is.

Seriously, it's like some freaking epidemic. Oh, and the worst ones, are the inconsiderate little punks who feel the need to sit with their frikkin legs ACROSS THE WHOLE AISLE, and won't even bother to move them, making me step over their lazy asses.

There's also the ones who won't move, even if they're blocking off a section I want to look through. Thankfully, most of them can be kicked out of the way. Unfortunately, there is always the occassional 500-pounder, who absorbs my foot like the freaking blob.

Anyway, I was just wondering if it's like that everywhere in the world, and if it bothers anyone else.

LOL! WOW, I'm one of those "douchebags" but at least I move if I'm blocking you DX Actually I sit across the section D: Does that still count, lol XD Haha. But sometimes I am annoyed by those people who don't move when I'm looking for a book O_O

All the time. Once I asked this guy if he could move, and after saying it about 20 times, he's like 'oh, what?' x3
