man totally agree with you , this is the future I tell you.. All the anime companies should realize that already and do what Gonzo just did. Who knows, maybe in 5 years all we have to do would be to log on to CR and watch our favorite animes at the same time it airs in Japan. AND ITS SUBBED (YAY)..

well shinji did hint that there are "other stuff" too so who knows, maybe Gonzo will allow their older productions to be viewable on CR. Now whether it will be free or not remains to be seen since they are making money from the DVD releases maybe they won't allow free streaming of old animes.

i just heard the news...i'm slow...but whose idea was this?shinji could have at least told a really nice story about how he happened to get 2 brand new anime from the world famous gonzo studios legally?Would this mean crunchyroll will be doing more partnerships like this in the future?I would appreciate some hints or at least hype it up like politicians do.

Raw is the term used to describe an anime or show which has not been subtitled or dubbed. It is in it's RAW or original form.

Though still I feel a bit ehh about this whole Crunchy and Gonzo thing ^^; Like, it sounds like to me they had to allow you to be able to air that? o.o hmm and then you put the mention of ads in there that means there are going to be more ads on crunchy roll again? Or just that anime that they are showing? What about old anime they have licensed? Will we get to ever view and upload them again?

Meh....maybe I am just over thinking things thought still glade to hear we are getting some cool looking new titles ^_^ Haven't found any good animes to watch that I really wanna watch lately. I am looking forward to them getting uploaded. ^^
