Of course I've played Streets of Rage. I'm just a terrible human being, and it isn't my favorite Genesis game. I just always liked Final Fight better for some reason. That is not to say, however that Streets of Rage is anything but cool; I mean, how can a game where your special move is to call in a rocket strike from offscreen not be cool?

Streets of Rage was pretty great; not a lot of people I talk to where I live have played it. Also: Pit Fighter was sweet like bear meat.

I remember that about ten years ago my brother and Dutch cousin rented Sword of Vermillion while he (cousin) was here in the States for the summer. My brother saved over his game accidentally and my cousin was at the final boss. Oh, boy, my cousin was angry.

Yeah the calling police car to send in a rocket was bogus...For me though I thought that the second SOR was the best, especially when played on Maniac. As for Kyocool, I wonder if you've ever played Ecco Tides of time? I like that one as well as all the rest of the Ecco series.

I have Tides of Time on Sega CD, and it's pretty awesome. They stuck in some badass video cutscenes, and touched up the soundtrack. Plus, it's really cool to be able to switch forms.
