Back on topic:
Does the program got tons of fonts like the photoshop one?
It seems interesting. It might be easier than photoshop.

Just download it and check it out. It's only 1.3mb. It's a lighter version of photoshop.

Not everyone can afford photoshop. That's why I suggested Paint.net.

ROFL.....
I tried the trial version in the past before my father bought a photoshop CD.

I need something with the size of my current avatar with that pic. It's a hassle because it's bard to crop.

i get it... it's impossible to have a good result. becuase if u resize it, teh image will be destroyed and if you crop it some of parts will lost.. the best way is to. have the full image and crop it. or draw the misiing parts,

Edit:
Size is an issue. *grins*

You can't achieve 200x500 with that picture without stretching it.

See...

Any tips for a guy who absolutely sucks in using editing tools? My stuff usually craps out even when I follow the instructions exactly as stated.

What's you problem in editing? Feel free to share.

Almost the whole thing. It comes out wrong even if I follow the instructions as stated.

The only thing I could get right is something like my avatar, because there was a sketch of the Exia behind it before. Removing something is pretty much the only thing I can do right that doesn't require multiple tries.

Edit: sorry, I erased all those failures some time ago. The only sample I have currently available is my avatar.

you should get a book or ask someone experienced to teach you the basics first......i was at your stage a while ago, i didnt know anything except removing stuff.......but i asked my computer teacher, and he taught me the basics: what each tool does, what these weird words mean, etc.etc.....once you know the basics, it makes it easier to follow the instructions because you know exactly what the instructions are talking about

simple and basic...very useful for those who have no idea about these things
but I guess most of us already know this and even use more complicated programs not just photoshop...
