If the love of your life or bf/gf gained some weight, what would you do?
Would you even notice that they added a few extras?

If you love that person, why would you care if he/she gains weight?

It depends on how much they gained. If it' a small amount I wouldn't mind, but if it's a large amount I'd try to encourage them to lose some of it, for health reasons.

No one ever said cutting out the meat. Grilled chicken salads are actually quite healthy for you.
Regular salads (With no meat) are healthier.

Not really, humans need meat too, it's not healthy at all to be a vegetarian.
