The background scenes are beautifully detailed and they don't look like they were drawn by an 8 yr old. As well as the characters are nicely drawn as long as you don't mind a little fanservice ^^;

Oh, and for best art, anything by Kawashita Mizuki(Mikan Momokuri). the girls are beautifull, the guys are cool, and she shows SO much emotion, so perfectly its not even funny! Her work Ichigo 100% almost made me cry a few times and yes, im man enough to admit it
