ya this would most likely work but it would end up being illegal if p2p is banned, course unless japanese internet providers are better then the ones in the usa (which i wouldnt doubt because they get higher download and upload speeds then we do), they probably wont know that the customer is doing it, but on another note, most ppl dont know about or know how to use a proxy, even though its easier then using a remote control......
