To be honest, I'm not surprised about this. This has nothing to do with it, however if crunchyroll.com keeps moving forward with getting legitimate officially-licensed anime from Japanese partners they may be concerned about region-protection. But that's jumping the gun.

ive read it somewhere on the net just search it on google. it says thier it change your country ip to other country i think that's what it said on the net ......... they said if you combine the ip changer and proxy get perfect map of location, just refer it to cabal online they used it on foriegn country it is columbian server so the ip is limited for columbian's only and they used that tool to register and play online, just give it a shot,,,,,, hope this give you a hint's
