This seriously sux! Yes, I live in Japan. But it's troublesome to rush back home to watch my animes, some animes are only available in other regions, some animes are only available on cable and I have to buy the tv guide here in order to record the animes that I can watch in my region. Worse, I watch cdrama and it's not available here!! I know there's nothing I can do but I need to vent my anger.

This well and truly SUCKS. Sure, the shows are on TV but it's very rare that I'm ever in at the times they're on.. and most of the things I watch on here are old and no longer ON tv.
More importantly, there are times when I just want to enjoy subtitles (even though I speak japanese). When I spend every day living in Japanese, sometimes it's nice at the end of it to curl up with some English (though one might ask why I don't then just watch western tv shows. xD)
At least other sites still exist that haven't made it impossible for people living in Japan to watch things, though I fear that won't last for long!

Same with me. I'm always not at home when the shows I wanna watch are on so I always just watched em on crunchy but now I can't

i know that i can watch dorama or anime on tv...
but do u know that not all foreigner really understand japanese..maybe still studying..
that's why they need watchin something wth Sub..
or maybe that japanese people who really wanna learn english...

*cries* I'm an American living in Japan. I don't understand Japanese. I need subtitles....so unless TBS wants to bloody subtitle the TV shows themselves, they should piss off. This really sucks. I hope you guys can work something out. My students love it that I'm able to watch TV shows that they themselves watch!
