So what else is considered a p2p site? Youtube and Veoh as well?
Are they just blocked from the high-quality p2p thing? Or even low quality streaming as well? Or the ENTIRE site?
I mean, at my dorm they blocked the p2p torrent streaming thing whatever so I can't watch the highquality vids free, but I can still watch the LQ just fine.


This is like when Thailand banned youtube haha..But everyone could and still accessed it through a proxy, I'm sure the Japanese can do the same if they REALLY needed it lol
