^In order to moderate the media section in the media area is that you have to be a media moderator or you can switch the media moderating if you're a forum moderator. Now if you meant media section as in forum wise you can help press the report to mod button when you see someone spamming, created a duplicate thread (check the index thread first), posting an innapropriate picture, flaming, or anything that is breaking the rules of the forum (check the forum rules).
