Aspirin = Beautiful Skin

This is a formula for healthy beautiful skin. This cleanser that you will be making starts out as a mask, and ends up becoming an exfoliating cleanser. This can clear up acne and other skin problems. If you are allergic to aspirin do not use this. If you are allergic to honey, you can still use this method ( just subtract the honey).

List of Materials

Non coated aspirin. I prefer the Target or Walgreens brand because it is inexpensive and dissolves faster.

Honey- You know, that ones you put on your pancakes and waffles hehe..mmm

Burt's Bees Garden Tomato Toner. You can purchase this on their online site . This is alcohol free so it will not dry your skin. (you can use any other alcohol free toner)

Neutrogena Healthy Skin Anti-Wrinkle cream. This is also inexpensive, but works better than department store brands like Lancome, Clinique and etc!

Step 1-4 starting from left to right.

1) Take around 2-3 tablets of aspirin.

2) Sprinkle and I mean SPRINKLE drops of water on the aspirin, if you use too much water, it will become too mushy and pretty much useless.

3) If you added the right amount of water, it should start to disenegrate on it's own (Remember, get non coated and go for the Walgreen's or Target brand because they will dissolve at a faster rate than other brands). If it does not dissolve, use your fingers to break it apart and mix it with the water (or milk)

Note, the texture of this should be VERY grainy.

4) Add a 2 squirts of Honey onto the aspirin. After wards, mix the mixture until the aspirin is coated with the honey.

Now, start applying the mixture on your face. Make sure you avoid the eye area. Also, try and avoid getting the aspirin in your nostrils, you do not want to breath this in. This may sound complicated, but honestly, it is common sense not to put anything up your nose right?

Apply and spread the entire mixture on your face. Leave it on like a mask for 10 MINUTES.
After the 10 minutes are up, wash this cleanser off your face. As you are washing it off, take advantage of the grainy texture of the aspirin and exfoliate your skin. This will get the dead skin cells off your face, and polish your skin to leave it glowing. I promise you, RIGHT WHEN YOU WASH THIS OFF, YOU WILL FEEL A MAJOR DIFFERENCE ON YOUR SKIN! It will feel soft to the touch.

Now after the wash, take the toner and dab some on a cotton ball. Wipe your entire face with the cotton ball in a circular motion. This toner will not only take off the gunk that the cleanser left behind (like makeup and dirt) but it will also constrict the pores, making them appear smaller and less visible.

Now take the moisturizer, and apply it on your face.

P.S Do not overdo this, try it out once every other day. Do not do this everyday. You may dry out your skin, you know your skin best, if you can use it everyday, then go for it. Make sure you test and try things out.

Olive Oil Sugar Scrub
It is very good for dry skin and acne. Also, it helps heal blemishes too and retains natural moisture in your skin. No the olive oil will not clog your pores. Ancient Greeks used to wash their faces with Olive Oil and Italian women swear by this natural miracle product.

Ingredients

3 tablespoons of EXTRA Virgin Olive Oil - Must be extra virgin, not virgin olive oil or regular olive oil!!!
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar - You can't use Splenda!!!
2 tablespoons of Honey - Any honey is fine, and if you are allergic to honey, DO NOT use it! Substitute it with aloe vera.

Mix it all together in a plastic container with a lid (that way you can save the rest for next time).

The mixture should not be too liquidy, oily or grainy. It should feel mushy, depending on what honey, sugar or olive oil you have. It should have a mushy consistency.

Wash your face with your regular cleansers.

Then apply this mixture on your face, evenly exfoliating your skin. The sugar will remove dead skin cells and the olive oil and honey will nourish your skin keeping it moisturized. I say leave this treatment on for 2 minutes.

Wash your face with warm water.

Pay dry and treat and moisturize your face.

Your skin should not feel slippery or oily, if it does you added way too much olive oil. It should feel soft and moisturized. You should automatically see a glow in your skin due to the honey and olive oil.

I use this treatment everynight. It is very natural and light and works great for all skin types.

Tip:You can also use this treatment as a body scrub! Leave the mixture in the plastic container out. Do not refrigerate it or else the olive oil will solidify.
