ok first sorry if my instruction seem a bit hard to understand:

so heres what you do:
requirements:
2 people or 3 people
a wall

1. this trick will only work if, and only if the person your going to do the trick havent done any extraneous exercises for the past hour, lets say his/her body is not active for the past 1 hour. typically this will work on people that is using a computer for a long time.

2. sit in a "duck walk" position. like shown on the pic. but in this case your feet should be flat on the ground, then count from 1-50, note: the one who is sitting should do the counting, and tell him/her not to take a deep breath.
3. after that let him/her stand near the wall (with his/her back facing the wall) and ask him/her to put his/her right hand on left shoulder and his/her left hand on right shoulder so to make his/her arms be crossed in front of his/her chest.
4. press him/her against the wall applying pressure on the center of his/her crossed arms that is in front of his/her chest.
5. watch the persons eyes closely, apply enough pressure (but dont suffocate him/her) until you see that the person is starting to close his/her eyes and fades, if he/she loses consciousness stop applying pressure immediately. other wise that person will completely fall asleep.

i LOVE EHB!!!....especially the arm wrestling tricks.....me and my friends tried that and we were flying all over the place bcoz we were dizzy from spinning....anyway...i have a trick...

ok you have to be standing up straight and keep your arms stretched out in front of you, palms facing the floor....then chooses an arm...it can be either left or right..it doesn't matter but it must only be one arm....and make circular motions with that arm (as if you're turning a handle/ crank or you're turning the wheel on the fishing rod but with only one hand).....do this for about 40 seconds.....then stretch your arm out in front of you again.....o yh all this time you must keep the other arm stretched out as well......and then you should notice....
