Not really. It'll make us look pathetic if we laugh at em.
They should see a doctor and ask for some prescription to slow down their rate of perspiration.

Such an odd topic to be discussing...

Excessive sweating, usually in the palms of the hands, and soles of the feet, are usually linked to adolescents entering puberty, usually the result of hormonal changes.

There's nothing really wrong with it, just that it is usually looked at as disgusting since the person has "wet palms", and they may be subject to athlete's foot and other similar complications that may result in body odor.

Simple management of hyperhidrosis is enough to keep it in check.

I dated a guy who had that...
He was really embarassed by it at first, but then just gradually became used to it.
It really wasn't that big of a deal, but he couldn't be on top, or i'd get rained on.

gooooo gatorade...!!!

edit: just coz' i'm cheap go to the nearest pharmacy and buy big ass box of alum... grind that up until its powdery and mix in some fragrance oils... use as deodorant/anti-perspirant... or if you don't want oils use scented talcum powder instead...

My old math teacher had this. I never actually said anything to his face and didn't laugh, but I almost upchucked. And my friends and I gossiped about his problem. Now I feel bad, but just..ew..sorry.

Wait a minute, what do you mean by simple management? and isn't there a certain form of hyperhidrosis caused by other conditions such as psychological conditions, malignancy etc. Just asking CR's doctor.

I'm curious what methods there are as well. Someone I know had a botox injection in their underarms for treatment, but that is the extent of my knowlege.
