worse anime endings, mostly those that were taken from mangas, but did not finish like mangas, example would be groove adventure rave, there's supposed to be more than thirty volumes in the manga. Another is Flame of Recca with 33 volumes, and the anime ended in the 16th volume without the battle of Koganei and Joker, and a lot more were omitted in the anime. Ichigo 100% failed to show the four years later scene, even if it is a bit of a fast forward to four years later.
Fate/Stay was also a bad ending, I mean they didn't have to separate right? the guys at Type-moon should have just made a way for them to stay together, but I personally think that this bad ending would be overshadowed by the other scenarios of FSN, so please make the other scenarios.
Code Geass, even if there is a second season, I think that there would be a lot of unanswered questions from that scene at the cave since it is one year later.

InuYasha, easily. That was NOT an ending! It felt like there was another season to do, they just got too lazy to do it at the last minute.
