i don't mind the tires part. Nissan did announce that the GPS limiter won't be inputted into the American GTRs. When is the GTR coming to America, 2010 or 2009? Someone reported the car will be with 550hp when it comes to America? that true?

The US is not going to get a better version of the GT-R. We have never gotten a Japanese car better than it's JDM counterpart. NEVER.

We got a 2.5L sti motor as opposed to the jdm 2.0L sti motor. Thats better.

yes actually, the states had a car with higher horsepower/torque than Japan.. I think it was an Impreza. Shit, you know professional racers aren't big fans of imprezas in japan? Maybe it was impreza, it seems to have quite a large fan base here.

Drawback.. can't rally with anything over 2.0L.. though its not likely you'd be rallying in an official world rally race, right? lol

It's more of a preference. The 2.5l will spool a bigger turbo faster, more torque, but the 2.0L has a higher rev limit and you will still be able to spool a large turbo, just higher in the RPM range. The real difference between the JDM and USDM is in the heads. JDM heads have bigger porting and the valvetrain is built for 8k+ rpm. Most people prefer JDM 2.0 over the USDM 2.5 anyday.

Actually the USDM GTR is better somewhat compared to the JDM one. We won't have the "low-speed limiter" or the black box.
