OK class I have cleared it with the Deputy Head Mistress and I am now the Professor for this class!


First thing I would like to say is welcome to this class I hope you enjoy it!!!

The main purpose of this class is to make sure you guys get into shape.

Now, pureyoung, clynefaction12 and angelantis i'm glad you could make the class XP. You are the lucky ones!

Everyone else who is not yet registered or is late for the class, be afraid... Very afraid...

OK first thing we are going to do is some warm up exercises we don't want to get any injuries do we?

OK I want you all to do thirty pushups followed by thirty situps.

What are you waiting for???

After this I will know your physical limits then we can organise something a bit more interesting...
