Well, do you know what a midi is?

Well, if you download a midi pertaining to the melody of the song you want, you can load it to a software so it can show all the notes. From there, you can print it and then start practicing it.

Well, the midi, I don't really know. If the Anime is popular, then googling it won't be a problem.
For the software, you use TuxGuitar. Don't worry about the name, as it can transcribe any midi file into sheet music. TuxGuitar is free and legit; here is the link http://sourceforge.net/projects/tuxguitar/.
It is pretty easy to use and won't take long to learn.

If you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask.

you can always play it by ear that way once you figured the song out you can brag about it and make a music sheet about it

Well, chords aren't that hard to figure out. The melody maybe a little tough, but it is something not too hard to pick up.

Well, I am not to familiar with the note range of the flute. Can you give me the range of it?

Also, typically the flute plays the melody, the upper voicing. My suggestion is to download midi files (don't worry it is not illegal) and use a transcribing software (which is also for free).

Here is my old post to help you.

Well, the midi is easy to find if the Anime is popular. Googling it is probably key.

To get you started, here is a really good site to get Anime midis:
josh.agarrado.net/music/anime/

You probably have to edit the midi to opt out the harmony. Well, good luck.
