if thats the case we will start off with some stretching then 5 laps around the school every day at the start of class then we'll do some weight training and heavy bag punching with only the hand wraps no gloves after that 50 jump ropes then we'll do some light sparring every day you'll have to spar with me until we get more members in class. but don't worry i am going to make you a world champ.

all right suit up and get in the ring first we'll work on jabs and right and left hooks plus i'll show you the right way to cross counter thats what we'll work on in todays sparring session.we'll go couple 3min rounds until you get the hang of it then we'll call it a day but feel free to do self training if i am not here as well just mark down what kind of training you're doing so i know

all right come at me when you're ready focus on your form when you jab and always keep your guard up and when you throw your hook shot don't drop your shoulder got it good the bell rings round one

sensei i just placed an application form with boxing as 1 of my subjects im katty i know rules in boxing but ive never even been involved with any fight (except with my bro))

Thats totally fine welcome first we will start you out with some light training to get your body in shape at the beginning of class start with some stretching then start out with 3 laps around the school then some light weight training next do 20 sets of speed bag punching each arm with gloves then do 50 jump ropes after that we will go through the different stances and positions in boxing so we'll start with the basics and work our way up.
