well it cannot be avoid that u definitely learn some jap language along the way as u watched animes. i started learning simple things like BAKA( meaning idiot in jap - hope im correct)

one day, my mom made me so angry . i meant to shout 'shut up' but instead i replace it with BAKA . at that moment i was like ............

Did this kind of things happen to u b4? or something similar?

looking forward to your replies . have a nice day at crunchyroll ^^

The things I learn do not only involve language. I simply look for info within the anime worth noting and archive it in my brain (e.g. the specs of a machine, certain technologies, culture, etc.).

As for words, I find Japanese terms that sound cool, like 'Hissatsu', which could mean 'sure-kill' or 'finishing'.

In terms of application, it would involve calligraphy, character, and mecha design.

Sometimes at the end of my sentences I'll add "desu" and then I'll realize what I did and slap myself.

I also use baka, urusai, and several other words on occasion...

Needless to say, I started to dislike the term after hearing Asuka (Neon Genesis Evangelion) sputter it out of her mouth. Same goes for pretty much any other big-mouthed animu bitch out there.

It's better if you speak entirely in japanese so that way you wouldn't be humiliated...
