If the babies mother had any idea that he was mentally unstable, she shouldn't have decided to start a family with him, and if it was an unexpected pregnancy, she should have cut ties with him. It was on the news a few months ago that in the near future people would possibly have to pass a test and earn a license to enable them to start a family. With a case like this its hard for me not to agree. |
