my mom tells me to sleep early because damn electric bill is getting too high.

I sleep early and have to wake up early . I`m the type of person who can`t fight drowsiness .
So , I end up sleeping ... 11-ish the latest . I usually sleep at 10-ish and wake up 6:40-ish .
That`s at least 8 hours of sleep . If I get less than 7 ... chaos ensues .

you should be sleeping(or relaxing) between 9p - 11p.

You know really, What happens when you have too much sleep?
I sleep about 8-10 hours for school weeks and about
12-18 hours on breaks. Isn't that really bad?

Sleeping is good. Most of my friends dont get enough sleep. I usually get 7 hours a day.

People were designed to rest either in the form of relaxing or simple sleeping. It's simply natural for our bodies to rest or sleep, it's never an option.

Inadequate sleep can decrease:
Performance
Concentration
Reaction Times
Learning

Inadequate sleep can increase:
Memory Lapses
Accidents and Injuries
Behavior Problems
Mood Problems

I've actually read that if a person does not sleep for a straight 10 days, the person will die.
