My favorite ecchi anime is To Love-Ru.
The most perverted one I've seen use to be Kiss x Sis. That was until I saw the Koe de Oshigoto! ovas. Those are only a little uncensoring away from becoming straight-up hentai.

I love Photon the Idiot! there is a scene, in the first episode, where photon gives a look, of resignation, that is so clear and so meaningful, that it is priceless.
