Idi Amin takes the cake. He had his wife killed, then had surgeons cut off her head, arms and legs, and the reattach the head on backwards, and the arms where the legs would go and the legs where the arms would go, and then brought his own children to see this abomination to show them the price of treason (She had been having an affair). and also he killed 300000 in africa

Ivona u are right about all what u say regarding Vlad Tepes. He was one of the stongest characters of Romanian history. it is said that during his time u could put gold or silver at crossways and nobody would dare touch it. In fact he was well known for his honesty, tough some things about his cruelty might be right and why is that? The first years of his childhood were spent inside the Ottoman Impire (he was kept as hostage together with his brother Radu cel Frumos by Murad the second )and that is the period that had a great influence upon his ulterior development (from asa far as it is known he made aquintance for the first time with the Turkish torture methods and not only with that but also with their mentality and that had a great influnece upon him!!), anyway let's not forget that at the crude age of 17 he has enough courage to try and revenge his father death and regain the throne even tough he was defeated ( for the first, as for the second time.... ).
Vlad Tepes had an outstanding personality, he realy was the embodiment of dignity.

Can you go in more details how he killed all those people in Africa?

The Mongols are cruel. I don't remember which areas the mongols did it to, but it's during when people heard of Genghis Khan and his empire, they fear him.
Villagers were scared of being killed but the mongols made a deal with them. No bloodshed if they all surrender and come out. There was no bloodshed alright, the mongols buried all of them alive.

Oh right, whoever mentioned Nobunaga Oda, he's not all that cruel and as demonic as people thought of him to be. Hurray for playing games that made him look all evil! Nobunaga Oda's Ambition game is fun and more accurate. (Ignore the game comments since we're not here to talk about that)

IDI AMIN killed them in many ways like Crucifixion,Impalement, detachment of body parts, crematorium(which he borrowed the idea from the Nazis),the worst way of all he killed people; was in Uganda he had a camp where he held 50,000 Uganda rebels . where he torched them by three simple steps . step 1:his man stretches the prisoner's torso with two jeeps tied at each end . step 2: he hanged 25,000. he cooked the dead bodies an made the rest of the prisoners eat the dead bodied step 3 : he had 100 hyenas kill the reaming 25,000.
so imagine what he did to the other 250,000
but he's dead now and Uganda is almost a safe place .
OHH I ALMOST FORGOT THEY ONLY FOUND 300,000 bodies but some of his man said they all killed around 500,000

Joseph Stalin, he was paranoid about his seat of power and would kill anyone he thought was a threat to him. He also carried out "Purgings" of his country, in these "purgings" he killed more people then the amount killed in the Holocaust, he would do mass executions by lining the victims in front of large holes dug in the ground and they would be shot so they would just fall back into the holes. Unlike the holocaust Stalin never kept records of who he killed and remains are still being found all over Russia today.
