I hate when you skip a scene thinking its gonna be crap, but its super important. I did that I KH2 once. I never skipped scenes again . . .
In KH 1 their was this trinity you could only get once, so if you missed it, you were screwed. I missed it the first time. I almost cried.
Also, In FF12 I had to kill of what seemed like a hundred enemies, only to die to a boss right before the save point. I was about to chuck the game out the window..
In Harvest Moon: BTN I had passed 2 or so seasons without saving.Well, the power went out due to a thunder storm, so I was so upset that I didn't play for like 4 months

I hate it when I am fighting a boss, and I am about to kill it, but then it uses a kick ass move on me, and the whole party dies.
I also hate it when I am scrolling through the text, and they are telling you to go somewhere, but I click on the button too fast, and I miss where to go, and I don't want to restart it, because the last time I was able to save was like a long time ago, and I just beat a really hard boss.

i hate it when i spend hour on end training my party (say if it was final fantasys on the ps2 ) and in the end the last boss is killed in 1 hit... whats the point if its no fun XP

Paper mario on my emulator has a glitch and i cant play paper mario because of that glitch that doesint let you go on for the story of it! On RPG i really hate it that if you go somewhere you actually waste your time (if its like Dead end or somthing) and random monster battles really makes me mad

Oh this can be a long list. But my top 3 pet gaming peeves for now:
-Tutorials that take forever
-Inventory menus that look like spreadsheet classwork
-Unresponsiveness to commands as your character moves (WHY THE HECK DID HE NOT JUMP WHEN I ASKED?! HE'S NOW IN THE SPIKE PIT!!!)
