I love the DS game, I played the Demo. MUST GET IT! It's awesome!

I've just beat it. I beat it slightly under 5 hours. Too short!!! But the game was so good.... Best looking DS game to date.

Uh clear this up for me, but is the controls for the DS version using the touch screen like Zelda? And if it is how well is it integrated into the game (meaning are the controls good)? I might tell my friend to buy this since he's searching for a new DS game.

It's like zelda, but I find it much easier to do then zelda. And the touchscreen game play fits perfectly well, or so I think. Till now, it's the best DS game I've played, and I've played quite a few games on the ds.

I guess that sounds good. I wasn't too sure about the whole touch screen gameplay at first cause I found the Zelda game quite hard to control (it's not a bad game mind you). I'll probably tell that guy to get NG since he's played (and me) most of the good DS games already like Castlevania, Contra etc.

Nice. I'm also planning to buy this game to my friends. This game only sold 6100 copies in Japan, and it's been out for 6 days. I feel really sorry for the creator of the game. Also, I like this MUCH more than Zelda.

Is 6100 in 6 days actually a bad sale in Japan? If it is then it's proof that Japanese have really different taste than American gamers considering Caligraphy Training was the Japanese top-selling game for a while. Oh well, at least it'll get good sales in America where it seemed to have picked up quite a fanbase.

It was called "criminally low" by some sites, and I agree. In Japan, they've sold over 22 million nintendo DS lites. That's less than 2% of the sales of the ds. It has a terrible reputation in Japan for some reason, and most people in NA, and rest of the world, have no idea why its like this in Japan.

Maybe it's because Japanese don't really like these kinds of games. If I remember correctly DMC and God of War didn't have good sales in Japan either. Or maybe it's the whole use of the ninja theme and Japanese culture that they've seen so much that they simply got tired of it. Anyways, I'm simply speculating and let's hope it does well in America and Europe (the other big 2 markets).

I don't think that's why. But, yes it's doing very well in the 2 big markets, or so I've heard.
