May I redirect your attention to the sweat mark? In most generic fight scenes this indicates he is currently in battle with Ken, and was just given a bit of an ass whipping. However! The camera angle is looking up at him, showing that he is powerful! This means - in a generic battle way - he is about to strike back - the final strike, to destroy Ken.
Ken isn't even in the picture. This also means that Ryu is the main character, who will always win with his badass victory poses and fatty fat muscles.

Kens muscles are SO FAT that they lie around in bed ALL DAY, and people have come and feed them coz they are so fat that they can't get out of bed on their own and special public service carers have to come to his muscles house and wash his muscles with a sponge on a stick! and then the fire department has to come around to the house and remove the god damn roof so that they can lift Kens muscles out with a crane just so that they can be transported by WIDE LOAD TRUCK with 2 spotter vehicles infront and back with signs saying "caution! wide load!" all the way to Oprah Winfreys studio where they can be filmed for a 1 hour, tear filled Oprah special all about how god damn fat the damn fat muscles are!

i really hate ken and ryu scrubs. just prefer using charge characters...
