To me imagination is essential to human thoughts and creations, without it there would be no present, at least not the way it is now, cause no one would be like hey i want a thing were i can move faster then i do when i walk, or i want something were i can talk to ppl who live far away from me. What are your ideas on imagination and how it affects humanity or even how it affects you?

well i think imagination is what makes life more like liveable...without it life would be so bland...conversations wouldn't be the same and like we would be robots in a sense

not quiet, robots have no real thought processes, or emotions, they are made with instructions and programming limits, and i dont think they could pull off being human with out having a polymorphic, and metamorphic coding which i dont think would make them human either, but in the sense of dulness ya we would look like robots

Well if there wasn't imagination, there wouldn't be God =[

Lol jk

Of course imagination is essential. If we didn't have any imagination....We wouldn't be here right now.

You would be unable to survive without imagination as you'd be unable to anticipate any sort of event. It's a basic cognitive process.

Why don't you just ask my imaginary friend Bob, he'll tell you a whole lot of crap about his life.... Being 15 doesn't mean you're all grown, still a child at heart...maybe

well Imagination like most people above my post said.... is something important. Without it, where would we get Nemo?

I believe imagination is a very good thing. I draw a lot because its my passion and I tend to use my imagination a lot to come up with new drawings. Besides there are other people who make great use of imagination. Like designers, artists, writers and more. This is something the world should never lose.

I think...imagination is just a thought, image or words, which interprets things we hear, read or say as a good or bad.

Let's say, cartoons.
Most of us come up with little bits of our own script so that we have either a good ending or bad ending for our favourite character, or an outcome that pleases us.

Now, let's take an idea, perhaps the creation of being or something.
We would tend to imagine it into something simplistic, something that our mind and intellects can comprehend and apply knowledges that we already know about the certain topic, or our own unvoiced opinions.

Though for sure it's something psychological, someone's imagination is not the same as another's.
It can also be something close to a dream, aspiration of the sort.
For example, hasn't there been a time where you've pictured yourself somewhere, accomplishing something? That's your imagination at work, isn't it? So in saying this, our imaginations can be a television of a sort, playing images to our liking and out level of intelligence.

...not a very good or clear reasoning, I know, sorry. :[

imagination i think is just a function of people's mind to interpret things tht are unknown for people...

it can also be a way to go out of stressors in life...

helps in relaxing...
