there is always a love triangle or square, depending on how you would want to look at it. Of course, the third party is usually better looking anyway. Love-hate relationships are EXTREMELY typical.

the boy is from a rich family and the girl is from a poor family.
at first, the boy tends to act cool and unfriendly with the girl.
but then, when he is in love with the girl, and their love does not get his parents blessing, he is willing to be inherited

I noticed in dramas with love triangles, the one that the girl likes always end up not being with her. And the who likes the girl who is always the one who's mean to her ends up being with her.

hahha you didn't miss a thing
everybody's doing korean so i'm going to try japanese dramas :D

JAPANESE:
01. Doesn't like the guy / girl at first but then loves them towards the end.
02. Always a hanging ending, even if the drama ends.
03. Usually one-sided love, where the girl shows the most affection.
04. The guy always get jealous, but never admits that he likes the girl.
05. Guy / Girl leaves towards the end so the other guy / girl can be 'happy' with new person.
06. Both guy & girl are stubborn.

and thats the most i can think of haha, there's nothing worng with these cliches
i actually enjoy a drama when some of these things happen
