My mum. Though, my father will cook if he has to.
And he overcooks everything :/ Meat becomes very dry.

there both excellent cooks, my dad cooks the good tasting food that is very unhealthy but my mom makes really good healthy food sooo bothh haha

It's hard to choose who's the better cook in the family because I find that some things my mom cooks are better and then sometimes the things my dad cooks are better :\ They're pretty equal in terms of ability to cook. And they usually make it really good~
