When I went to the Philippines over the summer I didn't really get jetlag, but coming back I thought I was about to die.

what do you mean when you said that you were coming back and then you feel you're about to die? you mean, when during the trip, you're ears popped and sudden great headache and sweating? you mena like that? because my feeling was during the descending/landing part of the lane, when the plane was arriving, my ears popped and it cant be helped by yawning or swallowing of saliva. den idk wat to do, i panicked and i had headache, ver awful headache. was that the same as yours?

It wasn't from my ears popping. But I did have a headache. I couldn't fall asleep on the plane and I only had 2 hours of sleep b4 getting on. It made me feel nauseated and my wholeee body ached from sitting down for so long. Those were the worst feelings I've ever had.. I couldn't wait to get home and lie down.
