ISSUE: Team Competions

I've been thinking that we barely have arena fights against each other and the only time we fight each other is in Special Missions. But mostly poeple are just doing missions and usually you guys finish the missions and special and for the whole week you have nothin to do.

So this is my idea we have team competion, where teams vs teams, each battle has a prize too so your kind of fighting for some kind of prize and of course for the Win.The battle match ups will be done randomly and each week you get ready for one match, in a area randomly choosen. The can be battle 1 on 1, 2 on 2, etc . The pilots just have to be even on each side and if a team is unable to get that number they can borrow a member from another ship.If no members are on they forfeit.Maybe choose a time or a day(morning,afternoon,night) for the battle.

I still dont know how the battle play is going to be like or if we're going to use the same method as Mission Battles

and like at the end of the month i can check the wins.los,and ties of the each team and add to the status points like each
wins- 150*, loss-25*, ties-75*


I know skool is starting in a few months and alot of people are going to be busy so at the end of summer we can have a big tournament with a huge prize the mathups will be organized by wins, losses, and ties.

Give me your thoughts on my idea if you like it or not

sounds like the fight about Rage and I versus SM and Geist... well, I'm not sure about the forfeit part. cause we're on at different times every day... like Geist SM and I were on but Rage wasn't, then vice-versa. I think that there must be a way...

i agree most people wont be on at the same time that's why ive been trying to figure out a format for this competion so that you can play anytime in the whole day even without the enemys being there like a time limit for one team to attack or something like that.

GAME OUTLINE

This could be the battlefield


Rules:
1.Choose a Flag for the match (an objective to win it can be destroy a certain ship,mobile suit or conquer the whole field).
2.You must tell me or the coorindinator of the match all your teams positions including flag.
3.Also Submit a list of equipments you will be using in the match (only 6 offense / 6 defense).
4.You can defend only twice in a row.
5.Wait half a day for new positions and when the hit and miss list come out to attack again (12 hrs or so).
6.When map is posted battle begins, and when list is posted you can attack again.

-Each team there own map
-Your ship will be placed in one of the boxes it'll be called "ship area"( we're pilot's can retreat or maintenance).
-You have three opinions in the game attack/defense/move
-All teams attack at the same time.



BASICS

Defense
-shield (blocks -50♥)
-block with equipment (blocks -20♥) (but lose it in one hit)
-defense system (cancels all Damage) (3x2 boxes either way)


Attack
-beam saber (inflicts 50♥)
-beam rifle (inflicts -10♥)
-sniper (inflicts -25♥)
-beam cannon (inflicts -100♥)


Health/Energy
-Everyone starts with 200♥(health)
-Everyone starts with 200%(energy)


EXAMPLE:

(team) I play for the Eternal and attack Team Minerva
(attack/defend) Akatsuki atttacks with sniper at G-7
(movement) Then i move 1 space forward


when everyone done i'll write (attacks on each ship)

Team Dominion
G-7 Miss

Team Minerva
G-7 Hit

Team Eternal
G-7 Miss

Team Archangel
G-7 Hit

Team Kusanagi
G-7 Miss

HP (health of ms attacked)

I like it! ^.^ but sorta confusing with the defense system... and the recharging and all...

but for the defense system(dragoon system like akatsuki) is instead of blocking one spot it blocks kind of an area so you can defend your comradse too

But basically lets throw out the movement part since it confusing let's say you can move once a turn and then attack or defend once
but everytime you move you lose -10% of energy forget the rest up there

Basically the game is like this you have to guess a spot on the map and choose a type of attack or defense depending on the range for attacks there are only certain ones you can choose (G-4?)

once everyone's choosen a spot to attack or defend themselves the coorindinator will post a list showing the hits and misses of every attack.
