Yes i agree.
But some celebrities is not that much stunning w/o make up. but still sometimes being look normal is good. =)

I think Han Chae Young and Goo Hye Sun looks the best without makeup.
SNSD just looks simple avg people. Even with makeup I dont find them to be all that gorgeous.
