Thats about 1/4 of the months bandwidth right their. Anything else could add to 2gb.... plus streaming is probably a couple mbs a episode. Easy to get 2gb in a month.

just tell them that you wish to see the policy so you can understand how it works, so that you wont go over the limit

Im not sure about new zealand currency, but if that was U.S money that would be a small fortune. Tell them that everything you do on the internet uses bandwidth, and that you haven't downloaded that much. Also that 2gb isn't that much and can easily be used in 2-3 weeks. Also if they ask what bandwidth is tell them its data going through the internet. Try to be nice.

2gb really isn't that much. I easily go through that in a couple of days

Yes, streaming does count.

yes.. that really sucks, but instead of double or triple-posting, there's a nice little edit button up the top where you can add more info to your post.

I highly recommend you to call your provider right now instead of waiting for answers here that may or may not come up so quickly. Just be patient.. I understand your pain, trust me. >_>
