Reality is a life process which you learn and imagine things which creates Dreams/unreal.
animecrazy86, since u r confused btn reality n unreal, try making urself a 3rd person, means treat urself as an observer.
Being an observer, u can only observe things. Treat urself as a visitor to a country, be open minded. Accept and understand all customs traditions tt u came across with. Do do despise them. Learn n accept all the things u came across. Do not interact too much with them which will cause them to change their mindset about things tt is wrong in ur point of view. Slowly, as ur knowlegde grows, u will find ur own set of believes.

Reality is all that we can perceive with our senses, interpreted by logic.
It's what remains when we put all self-deception and random speculation aside.
In short, reality is that which, as far as our own perception goes, EXISTS.

nah, our senses are too limited. Just look at the electromagnetic spectrum and our trouble at attempting to visualize the quantum world. We cannot even think beyond 3 dimensions clearly.

Lol, read the entire thing please. That is why I added the second part; what we can interpret with our logic. In quantum physics, we use our tools as an extension of our senses, because we assume (having done a lot of observations in our world) that they are accurate. We then attempt to interpret this data. Obviously, our senses alone can't tell much besides what we really see, smell, touch, etc. By the way, if we ONLY used our senses to describe reality, the definition I gave would not change. We would simply have a far less complete understanding of what we call reality.

lol, very cool, yea. but we can only see, and feel and smell what reality is with our own senses, no one can tell us differently either, if u were born blind, then your reality is that the world is however blind people see things. same with deaf people, world is soundless to them.

The fourth demension of this 3D world is time, however, and time is unaging itself, and unending. The force that keeps us all glued to this plain of existence. Time is constant for the most part, therefore, it is the only certain reality in which we all share. This is what i feel ^^

Well, the key point in my argument is that all our senses tell us the same thing. For example, when there is a truck coming at me, I will see, hear, feel, and potentially smell and taste the collision. In fact, all our senses are essentially one: the sense of touch. Because something physical interacts with our sensory organs, we can grasp the situation. A blind person is no different.
Time is not at all constant. In fact, it can't be. Since the speed of light is the same in every frame of reference, time has to pass differently for objects at different velocities relative to each other. Also, two events that occur at the same time within one irf are actually NOT simultaneous in another: otherwise we would have a paradoxical superposition of states.
What we think is real could perhaps not be, because we have no way to judge if our senses (or Perception) is correct, but that does not matter.
As I stated, essentially reality is just what our senses (augmented by tools) and logic can tell us, as simple as that. We cannot confirm it beyond our own ability to perceive.
